Before you write

Common issues, answered

Paid but no activation key

Check your spam/promotions folder first. Keys are emailed within 5 minutes. If it has been more than 48 hours, email us with your Razorpay Payment ID — you are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

Amount deducted twice

This is an eligible refund case. Email [email protected] within 3 business days with both payment IDs. Duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

App not installing

Ride Helper needs Android 7.0 or above and 2 GB RAM. On your phone, allow "Install unknown apps" for your browser or file manager, then try again. Still stuck? WhatsApp us your phone model and Android version.
